Shipping & Delivery
How much is shipping?
Our Standard Shipping is always free Australia-wide, no matter how much you spend. We also offer Express Shipping at checkout for just $8.
When will I get my order?
We dispatch your order from our Melbourne warehouse within 1-2 business days via Australia Post. Once your item ships, it'll be delivered to you in 2-6 business days with Standard Shipping, or 1-3 business days with Express Shipping. You will receive a Shipment Notification email with tracking information.
Do I have to be home for delivery?
Deliveries may be left in a place deemed secure by the carrier. Signature on delivery is not required. In the case no one is attended at the address in time of the delivery, the carrier will leave a card advising you to schedule a new delivery or provide allocations for you to pick up at your local post office.
Can I change my shipping address?
If you have not yet received your shipment notification you may be able to amend your details, please contact Jelli Customer Service via the Contact Us page promptly.
What happens if my delivery goes missing or is damaged?
In case of any problems with your delivery, Jelli will be in direct contact with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly and with as little inconvenience to you as possible. We will make every effort to contact you and keep you informed of the progress of our investigation and where appropriate, deliver a replacement. If you have already received your order and find that it is damaged, please contact Jelli Customer Service within 2 business days from the delivery date via the Contact Us page.
Returns & Refunds
What is Jelli's return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy for our products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return your undamaged product to Jelli within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Please contact us to request a return.

How do I return something?
Contact Jelli Customer Service with the below information:
- Your Jelli order number
- The item(s) you would like to return
- Reason for the return and condition of the product for our team to process
We will ask you to provide a photo of the product to examine the condition, and if approved, provide you with return instructions.
Once we receive the item(s) we’ll process the return, issue a refund and send you a return receipt confirmation email.
How long will it take to receive my refund?
Once we receive & inspect your item, a refund is initiated immediately. Depending on the payment method you've used to place your order, your refund may take up to three business days to be reflected.
